Word on the Street 4/23/12

1. Well, it appears that rapper DRAKE may be a FATHER – at least that’s what an ATLANTA EXOTIC DANCER is claiming.

The young lady, who used to DANCE at the popular MAGIC CITY strip club, has been “retired” since last November when she learned she was pregnant. Since then SOMEONE has been paying her $10K a month, to take care of her bills. Word on the street that SOMEONE is rapper Drake.

And while before giving birth there was at least SOME SPECULATION that the child wasn’t Drizzy’s.

But MediaTakeOut.com learned that on THURSDAY, the baby GIRL was born . . . and she was more YELLOW than a sunflower. And with EYEBROWS as thick as caterpillar’s.

2. It’s official: Lindsay Lohan will play Elizabeth Taylor in Lifetime’s upcoming biopic. The female-skewing cable network announced Monday that the actress will play the icon in Liz & Dick, the TV film based on Taylor’s romance with Richard Burton. Production will begin in early June in Los Angeles.

3. Kanye West met Kim Kardashian‘s family yesterday in New York and according to our sources … the Kardashian clan absolutely loved him.  According to our sources, Kanye and Kim were excited for the family gathering and the opportunity to show them just how great they are together.

4. Bill and Giuliana Rancic, whose struggles with fertility have been well documented on their reality show, “Giuliana & Bill,” had some good news to share Monday: They’re expecting a baby.

“It’s incredible,” Giuliana said on the “Today” show. “We’ve been trying for so long, we’ve been through so much, and, especially we just had such a hard year last year with the breast cancer and everything and to finally get that call from the doctor of, you’re pregnant — or, you’re having a baby!

“I’m not quite pregnant, but you know what I mean, we’re pregnant!,” the bubbly red carpet hostsaid. “It was just, it was another world, on another level.”

(Very happy for the Rancics…..they’ve been through alot over the past year. Infertility and cancer can break up marraiges especially when your in the public eye like they are……but they continued the struggle and pressed on, this is the kind of love that you want to have when it’s your time to get married, making sure those vows of staying together “through sickness and health” mean something….. anyways congrats!!! – J.K.)
